A Beginner’s Guide to Energetic Awareness & Self Care

Spiritual Hygiene 101 is a collaborative workshop hosted by Kristen Wood Wellness, LLC and Forget Me Not Reiki & Apothecary LLC. It is the first workshop of a three part series exploring the foundations of spiritual hygiene. Attending all three workshops is not mandatory, but each workshop will build from the previous workshop and you may find it beneficial.

Our workshops are designed for beginners in mind; however, all are welcome. They offer a welcoming and supportive space to learn practical techniques for cultivating greater energetic awareness and self-care.

Whether you are seeking guidance on your spiritual journey, exploring your intuition, or simply curious about energetic wellness, this workshop will provide a grounded introduction to the basics. All are welcome, regardless of experience or spiritual background.
