Snowmelt becomes rivers and waterfalls, carrying some of the purest water on Earth through ancient glaciers before emerging alive and conscious. Known in ancient traditions as Teacher and honored by Indigenous wisdom as a living vortex, Mount Shasta opens a passage into deep remembrance and alignment.
Over four days, participants are guided through ceremony, teaching, and embodied practice designed to awaken inner knowing, clear old patterns, and anchor higher frequencies into daily life. The retreat begins with an opening ceremony and energetic activations, followed by a professionally guided portal tour of Mount Shasta, including visits to meditation circles and spiritually significant sites with light hiking and driving. A full day is devoted to integration through guided meditations, energetic processing, and a Reiki share, with the retreat concluding in a closing ceremony and gentle departure.
The experience includes housing at the Pneuma Retreat Center, all meals, guided mountain experiences, ceremonies, healings, and a live online integration webinar following the retreat. Please note: Travel to Mount Shasta is not included. Attendees are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the retreat center. The closest airport to the retreat center is Rogue Valley International–Medford Airport, located approximately a two-hour drive away.
While catering is provided each day, you are welcome to bring snacks.
Accommodations are communal, with rooms shared among 2–4 attendees. Room assignments are organized to ensure comfort and privacy, with shared rooms separated by gender, except in the case of couples attending together. If you have a preference to share a room with a specific attendee, please note this at checkout, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
**Pneuma Retreat Center is a smoke free, vape free, drug free, cannabis free and alcohol free property. This includes all plant medicine including Cacao Ceremonies.

Kristen Wood, LAc
Kristen Wood, LAc is a Licensed Acupuncturist, Psychic Medium, Medical Intuitive, Animal Communicator, Reiki Master, and Metaphysical & Spiritual Teacher. With over two decades in healthcare, her work bridges ancient healing traditions with intuitive and energetic insight.
Kristen began her career as a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2002 and earned her Master’s in Acupuncture and East Asian Medicine in 2009. I agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of all participants and understand that facilitators will do the same, except where disclosure is required by law. I agree to engage with others in a respectful and supportive manner and understand that disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful behavior may result in removal from the retreat without refund.
I hereby release, waive, and hold harmless the instructors, retreat organizers, host facility, and all affiliated individuals or entities from any claims, losses, injuries, or liabilities arising from my participation. I also grant permission for photographs, video, or audio recordings taken during the retreat to be used for promotional, educational, or marketing purposes.
