Messages From Gaia: What I've Been Shown About Earth's Ascension. Blog Article 2 of 3.

As I continued receiving information about Earth's ascension, I found myself asking more questions.

How can we prepare?

What's the timeline?

What can we expect?

I wanted to understand what was happening, not only for myself but for all of us.

One day while I was showering, Gaia popped in and asked me to begin doing a group Light Language healing at the beginning of mine & John’s next class. As often happens when I'm not expecting it, that simple moment opened the door to a much bigger conversation. Many of you know that the water element is very powerful, cleansing & a great time to receive downloads or communication.

One of the first things Gaia and Source shared with me was that Earth's ascension process began around 2012, but there is always & has always been constant changes. While many people speak about ascension as something that will happen in the future, I was shown that it is already underway.

We're not waiting for it.

We're living it.

I was shown that many of us are already moving between what are often called the 3rd, 4th, and 5th dimensions. While some are already in the 6th & 7th. It isn't always a clear line or a sudden shift. Sometimes the energies blend together. Sometimes we move in and out of different states of awareness as we continue healing and growing spiritually. While I work with my patients & clients with ReikiPlus I am working multidimensionally for example.

As our consciousness expands, we may begin noticing these shifts emotionally, physically, mentally, and spiritually.

One of the questions I asked was whether everyone would ascend.

The answer I received was no. Not at this time, but in their own time when they are ready.

Not because anyone is being left behind or punished, but simply because every soul is on its own journey. Some people are ready for these higher frequencies and experiences. Others are still working through lessons, healing, karma, and growth that their soul has chosen.

What I found most interesting was Gaia's explanation of what many people call the "New Earth."

I was shown that it isn't a separate planet.

Instead, it's more like different levels of consciousness existing alongside one another. Those who are spiritually evolving may begin experiencing reality differently while still living on the same Earth as everyone else.

The closest comparison I can make is that it felt like parallel realities existing together.

I was also shown that humanity will likely continue experiencing periods of chaos, upheaval, and change. We have already been experiencing this for many years.

This isn't meant to create fear.

Actually, the opposite.

The message I received was that when old systems, old wounds, and old ways of being are no longer serving us, they must come to the surface before they can be transformed.

Many people are struggling right now.

Many people are scared.

Many people feel something changing but don't fully understand what it is.

I was shown that resistance to change is creating a lot of discomfort for some people because the collective energy on Earth is increasing.

But through all of this, Gaia kept bringing me back to the same message:

Unity.

She showed me the Tree of Life.

Each leaf is different.

Each branch has its own purpose.

Each root grows in its own direction.

Yet they are all connected to the same living tree.

Humanity is no different.

We are individuals with unique experiences and paths, but we are also part of one collective consciousness.

When I asked what we can do to help, the answer was simple:

Heal ourselves.

Continue your spiritual growth.

Share knowledge.

Help others when you are called to. Hold the space & light for them for when they are ready.

Lead with compassion.

And most importantly, remember who you are. Live your authentic life.

One thing I feel is important to share is that I was also guided to create a free meditation to help support those who are transitioning from 3D consciousness into 4D consciousness. I have also been receiving guidance to create another meditation to help support the transition into 5D consciousness. That meditation isn't ready yet, but I trust it will come through when the timing is right, and I'll share it when I am guided to do so.

As more people experience spiritual awakenings and Galactic Spiritual Awakenings, I have come to understand that part of my role as a Light Worker and Star Seed - as well as the role of many others like me - is to help support people when they are ready and to hold the light for all.

One of the strongest pieces of guidance I have received from Gaia is the importance of staying deeply connected to her during this time. As exciting as spiritual growth and higher-dimensional experiences can be, grounding is equally important.

We chose to incarnate here on Earth for a reason.

Each of us came here to have experiences, learn lessons, heal, grow, and contribute to our soul's evolution. While it can be tempting to always focus on higher dimensions and spiritual realms, we are also meant to be present in this human experience.

In fact, I have been shown that it is not healthy to spend all of our time trying to exist in higher dimensions while neglecting our life here on Earth. Balance is important in every aspect of our lives.

The goal is not to escape this reality.

The goal is to bring more awareness, love, wisdom, and healing into it.

Gaia continues to remind me that we must keep one foot in the spiritual world and one foot firmly planted on the Earth. The more grounded we are, the easier it becomes to navigate these energetic shifts with grace, balance, and clarity.

Some may ask why Gaia is so important when talking about Disclosure. What I've been shown is that Gaia plays a vital role in helping us stay grounded during this time of change. She helps us stay connected to nature, to humanity, and to the energies of all living beings on Earth. As more people awaken spiritually and move through their own ascension process, Gaia is helping us adapt to these shifts with greater grace and understanding. The more connected we are to her, the more balanced and prepared we become for the changes taking place both within ourselves and in the world around us.

As always, I encourage you to take what resonates and leave what doesn't. Feel into this information for yourself. Meditate on it. Ask Gaia, Source, your guides, and your higher self what is true for you.

These are the messages I've received, and I share them with love and an open heart.
